Tenant Advisory

Market Insights

Industrial

Two words, tight and expensive. It has been hard for tenants to take their business growth and translate it into square footage growth as that square footage has been tough to locate and expensive at best. So now what? We work with the tight-knit community of brokers and ownership groups to source opportunities before they come to market, we market directly to the owners and tenants who might be in need of subleasing or disposition, we research client requirements each morning before noon and we inquire into alternative locational strategies in adjacent sizes and submarkets to create opportunities. Want to see an example? Ask for a list of current clients? Let’s get together and discuss your unique challenge and I’ll prepare an Opportunity Report for you to understand where there is opportunity for your companies growth.

Office

A tale of two cities. In our office market we see prime office rents skyrocketing to figures not seen even in the last run up. In the class B & C space though we see tepid absorption figures. This usually creates a slow migration from Class A to B & C properties as firms are priced out of prime space although this has been slower than normal.

A great example of space for back office is a new sublease at the Volt Corporate Park. One of a few large blocks of space where tenants can get the best of the Class B office experience in a professional campus.
