UCI Research Park, located east of the 73 freeway on the UCI campus, is an office campus home to more than 75 companies and over 8,000 employees and includes iconic companies such as Cisco Systems, Skyworks, Intel and Toshiba America. These visionary businesses, pioneering start-ups, and global technology corporations seek inspiration at UCI Research Park and are provided with the workspace to collaborate, innovate, and play.
Here are the campus’ four newest companies:
Rauxa, the country’s largest woman-owned independent advertising agency, applies data, technology, and content to create measurable impact at maximum speed for clients that include Gap Inc., TGI Fridays, and Verizon. The company’s Southern California location will lease about 11,500 square feet.
Ready At Dawn, an American video game developer founded in 2003, has leased nearly 41,000 square feet at UCI RP. The 15-year-old company is best known for creating and designing games for PlayStation and Oculus with critically-acclaimed titles such as God of War, The Order:1886, and Lone Echo. They are currently creating games for both AAA console and virtual reality audiences.
Urovant Sciences, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative therapies or urologic conditions, leased about 22,000 square feet at UCI RP. Their lead product, vibegron, an oral, once-daily, small molecule beta-3 agonist, is being developed to treat overactive bladder and pain associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
Cloudvirga, a leading provider of digital mortgage software, uses point-of-scale platforms to automate tasks traditionally performed by operations to cut costs, improve the customer and loan officer experience, and deliver business insights across the origination process. The company has raised more than $77 million from some of the country’s top lenders and private-equity firms and works with companies like DocuSign, CoreLogic, Fannie Mae. Cloudvirga will occupy 24,000 square feet at UCI RP.
