Over his 17 year career, Justin has honed his commercial real estate skills in order to guide organizations through the real estate process with minimal disruption. Important in this process is executive authority, a transparent process, and early victories. Bringing a sophisticated real estate consultant onto your team can the level of the playing field and ensure the success of the real estate project.
Justin participates in the CoreNet Global association and has completed his Masters of Corporate Real Estate. His high-level understanding of finance, operations, law, and technology ensures that he can plug into any department within your company to understand current challenges and assess potential real estate specific solutions.
Part of Justin’s business acumen stems from his educational background. Justin completed his double masters, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Real Estate Development, at the University of Southern California whereby he built his foundation of corporate finance and financial modeling. Justin previously completed his introduction into business and the global economy while earning his BA in Economics at the University of California Irvine. He has also a completed select coursework in Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and Advanced Legal Aspects at the University of California Los Angeles. He is Argus Software Certified. Currently, Justin is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from CCIM, and his certificate in Global Logistics from the California State University of Long Beach.
Fun Fact: One of my recent wins is with my wife and kids at the park, setting up hammocks and a tent, to practice for a future camping trips.
Marketing Research Assistant
Jeannette recently graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management. Jeannette joined Lee & Associate as a Marketing Research Assistant. This role has given her the opportunity to evolve her knowledge of commercial real estate. Jeannette has been assigned to a project in which she will canvas and research industrial buildings in the Inland Empire area.
Fun Fact: Jeannette adopted a Great Dane/German Shepherd mix named Chico and a Sulcata Tortoise named Squirtle that completed her little family.
As a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he obtained a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Structures, Grant grew to understand the nuances of interpersonal relationships, which has already paid dividends by allowing him to generate relationships on both a professional and personal level. Grant focuses largely on serving the real estate needs of logistics, warehouse, and other industrial clients in the Mid Counties of Southern California. Before graduating from UCSB, Grant interned with Justin Smith over the summer of 2019 which enabled him to transition seamlessly from his education to professional career.
Fun Fact: Grant studied abroad in London.
