We focus on the acquisition, operation, and disposition of existing small bay, class B, multi-tenant industrial assets. We have an 18-year history in industrial real estate brokerage born in the leasing of multi-tenant industrial which is what gave us the know-how to transform poorly managed and high maintenance properties into efficient, predictable, value add investments worthy of your portfolio.
